• Various shifts available including a shift differential of $3/hour for nights and weekends

Job Description

The Resource Pool Department is a multi-functional team of cross-trained employees who assist and support the various service and assistance centers at Travel Guard.  This may include selling and servicing our insurance products, setting up or providing status of a claim, and providing travel assistance to our clients around the world.  This team is highly skilled and will be flexible to support departments based on unexpected demand due to world events or short-term volume increases. The Resource Pool Specialist is highly skilled and is expected to understand the day-to-day customer service roles within the company acting as an in-house staffing agency. 

Job Requirements
Key qualities that we are seeking include:

• A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutions
• Ability to think outside the box
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
• Ability to respond to high end clientele with professionalism
• International travel experience and geography knowledge is helpful
• Proven experience in customer support or the travel industry is a plus
• Ability to adapt to change
• Flexibility to work various hours throughout the day and evening
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
