Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Professionally engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Account Management: Assist clients with their accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Service Promotion: Provide information on additional services and packages that may benefit the customer, encouraging an upsell when appropriate.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and comments to ensure continuity of service.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and facilitate business growth.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
