Customer Service Rep, Long term care - Lincare

Offering $19 to $20 per hour
This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.
Job Responsibilities:
• Log all incoming calls
• Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary
• Follow up on delivery of requested items
• Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
• After-hours dispatching when scheduled
• Hours will be 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
• Heavy Lift required to do shipping and receiving
• Cleaning of medical equipment along with other warehouse duties
• Dispatch orders to driver and respiratory therapist
• Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers alike
• Help with the training of employees
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer literacy is necessary
Physical Demands:
The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
