About the Job
Medieval Times is searching for Part-Time Customer Service Representatives for our national Call Center located in the Atlanta Castle in Lawrenceville, GA. We are specifically looking for people available to work on Sundays and Mondays.
Our Customer Service Representatives work with guests across the country (and the world!) to answer questions about our show and assist with ticket purchases for all 10 of our North American Castles.

What you would do
Answer a high volume of guest calls with awesome care and professionalism
Provide information about our show, pricing, and packages
Help guests purchase show tickets and proactively sell upgrade experiences
Effectively work to resolve any guest concerns, complaints or ticket changes
What you've already done
Have a High School diploma or equivalent
Have previous guest service experience
