About the Job
Job description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for DME/ HME Company to join our team! You will be responsible for answering calls, helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: • Process order efficiently • Qualify patients for equipment and verify eligibility. • Answer phones and provide customer service. • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and concerns. • Document and update customer records based on interactions. • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. • Providing introductory information to new customers • Outbound calls to customers and referrals. • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. • Take the extra mile to engage customers. Qualifications: • Previous DME is required, Medicare experience preferred. • Experience with Brightree is a must. • Previous experience in customer service. • Ability to build rapport with clients. • Ability to prioritize and multitask. • Positive and professional demeanor. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
