GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

• Position Type: Full-time and seasonal
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, with some Saturdays as needed for extra earning opportunities

As a Customer Service Rep - CSR, you'll be the voice our customers trust. Starting your shift bright and early, you'll handle incoming calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments seamlessly in our software. Your day will flow with variety as you manage emails, keep our sales and installer teams informed, and coordinate schedules-all while keeping the office running like clockwork with tasks like filing and data entry. As the go-to support for our clients and team, you'll wrap up each day knowing you've made a difference.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data entry and office experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Scheduling experience
