Position: Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Reports to: Office Manager & Controller
Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5 pm
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. This role requires someone who enjoys collaborating with others and is dedicated to providing support when needed. The candidate should also be self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Confidence in troubleshooting and the ability to investigate issues when additional information is required are essential. Accounting experience, particularly in inventory management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required.

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Energetic, self-motivated, and maintains a positive attitude
- Manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory for sales personnel
- Reliable and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Acts as an internal resource for customers and sales staff
- Identifies and resolves customer inquiries using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Responsible for handling day-to-day customer questions, requests, and service needs
- Enters orders, tracks deliveries, and provides supporting documentation
- Answers phone calls and maintains professional telephone etiquette
- Performs general office duties (clerical tasks)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exercises discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Completes paperwork, reports, and other documentation in a legible, organized, and timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and completing work within established deadlines
