Job Summary:

Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: M-F 8.00 am to 4.00 pm or 9.00 to 5.00 pm
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Works in a marketing customer care section to assist with customer application processing.
- May interact with the public in-person, via e-mail, fax, and telephone; responds to customer inquiries about program applications and enrollment. ; verifies customer account and service status; accesses various databases and software applications to explain procedures, programs, regulations, and rates; maintains and files service requests; assists with basic research and data gathering and analysis; recommends procedural improvements; promotes City programs and services; accepts and prepares customer applications and closing orders for utility services; reports customer concerns; reviews periodic reports for accuracy; prepares reports using discretion to correct discrepancies; files miscellaneous documents; processes data rejected by the computer; performs functions of Customer Service Representative I.
