About the Job
Contract Manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Program Coordinator to join their team. Full time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM and the position is paying $27/HR+ depending on candidates' level of experience. This position is a contract to hire position and a great company to grow within a company.
Coordinates and facilitates all interfacing with designated customers. Manages the communication, documentation, quoting, delivery, material and sales related activities for designated customers. Act as the internal voice of the customer. Works with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Experience and a good understanding of an ERP system required. Must have global communication skills and experience and proven success in dealing with internal and external customers.
Solid understanding of fundamental manufacturing processes, negotiation techniques, product configurations and a thorough understanding of the program management function to the customer.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR Facility)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to perform basic functions on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office
- Great attention to detail
- Other duties as necessary as assigned by management
