About the Job
You are applying with the Specialized Recruiting Group for an immediate opening for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service to join our team at a manufacturing company in the city of Pomona, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Salary: $20.00 DOE

The Role you will play:
- Accurately enter customer orders and maintain order records in the system.
- Generate and process suppression sheets and related documents as required.
- Conduct data entry to update and manage customer and order information.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide order status updates and resolve inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and other customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service and support.
Background Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have product knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
