Customer Service/Order Entry - Hamilton Connections

A company in Stamford who is a supplier of products for the promotional industry. They customize our line of drinkware and display materials with corporate logos or brand names, which are then used by advertisers to promote their products or message.

We are looking for a bright, hardworking individual to join our team. This position requires order entry, coordination with vendors, customer service, and various other team projects.

Applicant must be fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred, but not required. Our business is exciting and fast-moving, so applicants need to be able to react to our customer's needs quickly and with confidence.

Salary:

$20 - $22 an hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Qualifications & experience requirements:

· Customer Service: At least 1 year (Required)

· Order entry: At least 1 year (Required)

· Microsoft Excel

· Microsoft Office

· Adobe Illustrator or graphics software experience preferred, but not required

· Work authorization (Required)

· Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

· Strong organization skills, must be able to handle several projects at a time.
