Job Summary:
Join a dynamic HVAC supplier in Florida, where you’ll play a vital role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth communication between the warehouse and clients. As a key member of the customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to wholesale customers, handling high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include offering timely updates on delivery ETAs, investigating invoices and product details, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate and timely information on delivery ETAs, product details, and invoice inquiries.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the warehouse and clients, ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment.
- Handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding bilingual customer support in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 consecutive years of customer service experience, specifically in supplier or wholesale environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
