Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive work environment.
Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Problem Solving: Address customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate the performance of the customer service team, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
Training: Conduct ongoing training sessions for the team to improve customer interaction skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in customer service management and insurance sales is required. You must also have your insurance license.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
