What You’ll Do
Be the Bridge Between Revolution Foods and Our Customers
+ Act as the primary point of contact for schools, ensuring their goals align with Revolution Foods’ mission: Fresh Meals for All.
+ Build and nurture relationships with school leaders, operations staff, and decision-makers to deepen customer trust and satisfaction.
+ Visit schools regularly (up to 75% of your time) to understand their needs, provide solutions, and foster strong connections.
Deliver Top-Notch Service
+ Collaborate with Operations to ensure meals are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF).
+ Guide schools on best practices to increase meal participation and minimize waste.
+ Use data-driven insights to identify trends and provide actionable feedback to improve customer experiences.
Drive Success and Growth
+ Develop and implement account management strategies to meet annual retention and expansion goals.
+ Lead internal and external business reviews to optimize financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
+ Actively monitor customer KPIs, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions to drive improvements.
Keep the Big Picture in Mind
+ Manage the entire Revolution Foods Customer Journey, from the start of the fiscal year through the summer program.
+ Coordinate projects, prioritize tasks, and set milestones to meet deadlines effectively.
+ Share insights with Product Development to help evolve our meal offerings and meet customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ 3-5 years in customer service, account management, or sales, ideally within the K-12 school environment.
+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and a positive attitude.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills—whether written, verbal, or in front of a crowd.
Technical Know-How:
+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Salesforce (or a similar CRM).
+ Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities seamlessly.
Extra Credit If You:
+ Have experience presenting KPIs and strategic recommendations to senior management.
+ Are passionate about improving the lives of kids and building long-lasting partnerships.
