Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of experience in a lead or management role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and motivating team members.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
