Job Summary: Supervise Customer Service personnel, assist Engineering and Sales, report on-time delivery metrics, and manage confidential assignments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist in project documentation.
- Organize information systematically.
- Maintain documentation integrity.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and distribute sales quotes.
- Comply with company standards.
Qualifications:
- BS in Business Administration/Management preferred.
- 10+ years in Customer Service, 5+ in a professional office.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Leadership training desired.
