Customer Service Manager CSR Manager Commercial Property and Casualty P&C Insurance Agency _ . Seeking licensed P&C insurance professional to lead and manage the Customer Service functions and development of a commercial lines agency. *** Lead team that maintains and improves a large book of commercial business, and provide professional service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and business partners. *** Directly supervise, schedule, and prioritize staff activities. Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports *** Maintain operational standards. *** Manage office environment. *** Champion a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. *** Collaborate with Operational Team Leaders, Accounting, Human Resources, and others to manage employees and implement projects and directives. *** Support the recruiting and hiring process and participates in new hire onboarding. *** Monitor, guide, coach and train staff on duties, expectations, standards, policies, audits and reviews. *** Work to continually improve performance and productivity and resolve employee performance issues. *** Monitor expenses and adherence to budget.
