About the Job
The Customer Service Manager for our client functions as a professional who will help to build positive and cooperative relationships with both internal and external customers in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
Prioirtize responsibilies using analytical thinking and asseritive follow ups with all appropriate parties
Daily retrieval and entry of customer sales orders, entering production shift reports and daily update on product releases into the ERP system
Accurately and efficently monitor sales order requirements daily
Communicate directly and efficiently with all customers and Plant Manager
Monitor open order report and on-hand inventory
Qualifications:
Associate degree minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years quality experience in OEM manufacturing
