About the Job
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
5-7 years’ progressive leadership experience in customer service or product supply in the consumer product industry or B2B environment
3+ years similar managerial experience
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage customer escalations effectively.
Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving performance targets.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience scaling high growth organizations with a focus on operational excellence and passion for designing processes that scale
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions.
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
