Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, handling inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring exceptional service.
- Oversee customer service operations, including occasional interactions with retail customers.
- Manage and process parts orders, ensuring accurate entry, documentation, and organization.
- Lead and develop a small customer service team, ensuring efficiency and quality in order processing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a customer service or parts-related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and grow a small team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
- Performance-based bonus potential.
- Benefits package including medical, dental, 401K, and two weeks of vacation.
This role is fully on-site.
