Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage shift schedules and staff assignments to optimize team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inventory management, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Experience:
- Customer service: 5 years (Required)
- managerial/supervisory: 5 years (Required)
- Employee engagement: 5 years (Required)
- Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
- Analytical thinking: 5 years (Required)
