Our client is a very high-end Fashion company that has very expensive and exclusive items ranging from jewelry, leather, furniture, eyewear, clothing and household items.
Support Liaison Coordinator
As a CS Rep, handling all online orders via email. Person will be handling credit card approvals, returns, wrong orders, shipping issues, cancelations, ordering the wrong size, etc. It is B2C work, handling all the CS issues for online/direct sales on the CH website.
The Support Liaison Department is responsible for managing all requests and needs for Retail stores worldwide as well as wholesale accounts; in particular relating to customer demand, custom orders, inventory maintenance, repairs, returns, pricing, communication, policies and procedures; by working with other departments within the company to support and meet those needs.

MUST be proficient in Excel and comfortable with Microsoft Office programs; computer literate.
Assist in managing the database of product information and pricing.
Data Entry for orders and repairs, coordination with production, and tracking for completion.
Assist in special projects as needed; data entry & maintenance, document creation, coordinating shipments, and so forth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with eagerness to support!
The position for hire is a support role for the current team to learn the culture and fundamentals from the ground up. The person will be mostly processing data entry, assisting with projects, reports, and helping with overall day-to-day tasks related to supporting our accounts.
