Job Overview:
A Customer Service Lead performs regularly assigned work in aviation customer service within public areas of the airport. Serve as a customer advocate, providing customers with timely and accurate information along with issue resolution. Supports information booths, international arrivals, customer relations, meet and greet services.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service position.
- Strong customer service communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a clear, speaking voice.
- Must have a calm demeanor at all times, especially when faced with stressful situations
- Must have the ability to greet all passengers, visitors, and airport employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Shall be able to perform the duties of the Ambassadors.
- Strong computer skills as required to perform the customer service functions.
- Must have a familiarity with Orlando, the area attractions, and the surrounding areas.
- Experience in a customer service position in a medium-to-large airport or other travel hospitality or similar setting.
