What You'll Do:
- Support our valued customers with training, maintenance, and technical questions.
- Leverage your expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with clients to schedule solution presentations and craft compelling proposals.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for software services and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate financial records, collaborate on reports, and handle tax documentation.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to build positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, common databases, and spreadsheets (e.g., Navision, Excel).
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
