Program Highlights:  

• Dates: June 3 – August 9, 2024  
• Type: Internship, full-time, non-benefits eligible  
• Hours: Flexible, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  
• Pay: $15 per hour 

To be considered for the role, an applicant's primary residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Florida. 

What you'll be doing:

• Providing an industry best customer experience for our e-commerce brands: US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, & EcoFoil 
• Recognizing and identifying customer needs and opportunities.   
• Identifying customers' needs and expectations by being a great listener.

• Working within a highly collaborative team and strategizing with our Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrating our commitment to our brand promise by providing customers what they want, when they need it on their first call.

• Openly discussing and relaying information with stellar follow-up and execution.

This is a paid hourly, 40 hour per week summer intern position that can be hybrid or onsite at our headquarters in Urbana, IA. Flexibility in scheduling is available for this position Monday-Friday.
