You’ll help bring our vehicles to life, answer customer questions in a personalized way, and build trust—all through the power of video. If you love being on camera and want to show off your communication skills, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
Create Personalized Video Content: Respond to internet and phone inquiries with exciting, tailored video presentations that showcase our vehicles and services. You’ll be the face of our dealership, helping customers feel confident and informed about their choices.
Connect in Real Time: Answer customer inquiries via phone, text, and email, but always with a focus on making the connection feel personal and interactive. We’re all about creating memorable moments!
Be a Customer Experience Guru: Respond to incoming calls from potential buyers and existing customers. Use video and other media to make each interaction fresh, fun, and informative.
Proactive Outreach: Follow up with our current customers to ensure they’re thrilled with their experience. Have a knack for spotting opportunities? You’ll also chat with them about lease renewals, trade-ins, and upgrades—all through dynamic video messages!
What We’re Looking For:
Video-Ready: Comfortable being on camera, creating video content, and communicating confidently through video platforms.
Great Communicator: You’re a pro at turning information into a compelling story that customers will remember.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Driven & Personable: You’re excited about connecting with people and making a difference in their car-buying journey.

Hours:
We are closed on Sundays. Schedule includes one day off through the week.
Hours or operation are Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with scheduled 8-hour shifts within these hours.
