Base Salary of $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience with bonus opportunities.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claim resolutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Policy Administration: Process new policies, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to ensure clear and timely responses.
Requirements
