As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated inside sales representatives, ensuring that they provide top-notch customer service to clients. You will lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.

Job Location: Rock Valley, Iowa

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives
• Provide ongoing support to help team members reach their full potential
• Provide and supervise customer interactions to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Initiate, monitor, and report on returned goods status and processes
• Work cooperatively with all VMC employees to communicate customer needs and priorities
• Compile weekly and monthly sales performance metrics
• Continually monitor customer satisfaction levels and report on this to management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service supervisory role
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
• Excellent math and problem-solving skills
• Extreme accuracy while working with customer data and pricing information
