Compensation: $58,000 to $62,000 salary plus bonus

Location: Hybrid onsite and Work-From-Home. Employees are expected to work onsite 100% for the first 90 days in Sumner, WA and then work from home 2 days a week after the initial 90 day training period.
Your Role
As an Customer Service/Inside Sales professional, youll be the primary point of contact for 100% existing customers (there is ZERO cold calling or aggressive sales in this role) seeking sales order support. You will build lasting relationships, assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and provide quick resolutions to their concerns. This role reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales.
- Manage a high volume of customer calls and handle data entry, often working with multiple source documents simultaneously.
- Provide pricing quotes to customers and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to manage delivery timelines and expectations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records, reports, and data.
