• Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
• Coordinating with technicians to schedule pickups and service appointments, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.
• Entering orders into our system accurately and ensuring all necessary information is captured.
• Generating invoices based on completed orders and sending them to clients in a timely manner.
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs they may have.
• Collaborating with other departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and invoicing activities.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
