What you need to know:
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Hours: Monday Friday with some flexibility, 40-hour work weeks
* Training hours: 9am 5:30 pm
Fully onsite role
What you need to apply:
- High School Diploma
- 1 or more years of experience in Customer Service work
- US Citizenship is required
- MUST live local to Columbus, OH
- Assisting with 10-20 calls be day.
- Using a Remedy Ticketing System.
- Executing "wipe commands as needed.
- Connecting with customers throughout the day and maintaining a professional demeanor.
