Our customer service reps are responsible for providing excellent customer service through our caller support center. This position requires the Customer Service Representative to assist dealers through our call center and remotely through the computer.
The successful candidate will represent the company in a professional manner. is time efficient, organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize duties, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Basic Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealers calling our support line
- Provide enrollment, training and support for our Internet-based software application (training provided)
- Learn and become proficient in our proprietary software application and tools
Skills & Qualifications
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills using common internet browsers and email
- Knowledge of motor vehicle finance industry or experience in an automobile dealership preferred
- Experience providing customer support via telephone and through remote desktop support software preferred
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- High School graduate
- Compensation: DOE
