Duties & Responsibilities | |
· Work directly with internal and external teams in the development of effective dealer communication tools that successfully elevate our unique value propositions and drive sales growth to achieve defined targets. · Handle Rico Social Media Campaign and dealer inquires · Perform activities to support development of the sales pipeline to drive sales growth. · Execute and analyze competitive, product, and market research to support sales and company initiatives. · Collect, analyze, and report marketing data and campaign effectiveness to help shape future marketing strategies and tactics. · Support sales and service efforts to expand customer reach and sales growth through execution of email, digital marketing, social media and promotional campaigns. · Ensure all written communications are proofread and edited for grammar, punctuation and style, and are consistent with the RICO corporate, product, and service brands. · Work directly with internal teams in the development of effective training and presentation materials to increase our customer services. · Perform related tasks and transactions to process orders, including working with internal departments and customers, to ensure supporting documentation are accurate and complete. · Maintain related processes and procedures, including required documentation, to ensure RICO process library is up to date and processes are being completed as defined. · Execute general marketing and administrative tasks to meet departmental objectives and requirements · Maintaining documentation related to order management and customer communications to ensure accuracy. · Maintain promotional and collateral materials inventory for the support of sales and service teams. · This position is located on the RICO campus. Education & Training | |
· High School Degree or equivalent · Minimum 2 years professional experience required working with customers in a business environment. | |
Knowledge & Experience | |
· Adept experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Visio, etc.) · Experience using ERP or CRM software preferred. · Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred. | |
Skills & Abilities | |
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to identify solutions and take appropriate action to resolve moderately complex issues. · Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and perform numerous tasks simultaneously is needed. · Outstanding communication and writing skills are essential. · Motivated and energetic self-starter with a positive, inclusive, and creative outlook and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is vital. · Proven ability to manage internal and external client expectations is mandatory. · Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications at an advanced skill level required including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. | |
