As an Entry-Level Customer Service Crew Member, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers to drive lead acquisition and ensuring a top-notch experience to enhance customer retention for our exclusive telecommunications client. Entry Level Customer Service Crew Member Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in person to provide product knowledge regarding our client's products and services that may meet their needs
- Work closely with senior management and Customer Service Crew Member team to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client’s overall marketing and development goals
- Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure our client’s are providing the best options for their potential new customers
- Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approach to potential new clients
- Present recommendations to the marketing and Customer Service Crew Member team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience
- Coordinate with the customer service & sales departments on the creation and execution of sales campaigns
Customer Service Crew Member Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- OR at least 2 years of completed coursework
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or other similar business-related fields
- Knowledge of traditional core marketing and sales concepts
- A can-do, positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- An outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative team atmosphere
- A confidant demeanor ready to take on challenges, even if they might fail
