United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), America’s largest mortgage lender, is looking for full-time Customer Service Coordinators for our Pontiac, Michigan campus.

• Staring at $15/hour with the potential for bonus
• This is a full-time shift, Monday–Friday in Pontiac, Michigan
• This position requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance
• Most benefits available at 30 days

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Helping clients and providing a great experience by answering all their questions quickly and politely
• Keeping detailed records of client calls, emails and transactions
• Checking in with clients to make sure they're happy and helping us find ways to improve their experience
• Communicating clearly and positively with clients, co-workers and other departments to solve customer problems and improve processes
• Assisting new team members, helping them follow office etiquette and provide elite customer support
• Using software to keep track of customer interactions and create reports

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

The Customer Service Coordinator role requires the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills — both verbal and written
• Can handle many tasks and decide what’s most important in a busy environment
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management software
