Location: Fully onsite in Mission Viejo, CA 92653
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employment upon completion of hours)
Schedule: FULL-TIME (8AM - 5PM), Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
- Skilled in handling high volume phone calls
- Determines priority and type of call, and initiates problem solving
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Enters acquired data into the PC computer system
- Prepares cost estimates and contracts
- In response to incoming calls, provides status updates as requested.
