About the Job
Your Key Responsibilities
- Executes order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
- Responds to customers inquiries and complaints and detects reasons for logistics problems arising.
- Provides explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
- Execute and Manage VOI - vendor owned inventory projects
- Prepare orders for entry
- Confirm correct pricing and enter approved items into the system and relay to the customer
- Prepare business related reports using BW reporting system
- Relay final approvals or rejections to the Accounting Department and customers for credit or denial.
- Coordinate sales and quality returns including replacement orders.
- Initiate and coordinate debit/credit requests.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Coordinate Sales Operations issues in areas that surpass your responsibilities, such as Accounting, Credit, Engineering, Quality, etc.
- Support Intercompany business processes.
- POC for customer master data changes.
Your Qualifications
- Customer oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions with minimal interaction from supervisor/management.
- One year customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Ability to make sound decisions without (or minimal) management support
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make sound decisions without (or minimal) management support
- Working knowledge of office technology - Computer applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Ability to present business / project status updates to all levels of management.
