ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer quotations
- Process customer orders.
- Obtain pricing information from suppliers and initiate PO’s to suppliers.
- Process shipments as needed
- Create and maintain new information within the database
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years customer service experience required.
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills to include Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of international purchases, sales and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a team focused environment.
Pay: 22-28/hr depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM (fully onsite)
