THE ROLE:
In this role, you will seamlessly connect our clients and caregivers with our comprehensive Regional Center services. By efficiently managing communication channels, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members, you will ensure all stakeholders receive prompt and positive responses. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate multi-faceted services for Regional Center consumers, achieving specific and measurable goals set by the Program Manager
- Manage inbound phone lines and emails, swiftly responding to inquiries and distributing tasks to team members
- Collaborate with the office team to resolve inquiries and facilitate program preparation functions, ensuring efficient documentation for services
- Assist with office projects, including process improvements, consumer/provider issue management, and support tasks from internal team members
- Maintain accurate records, update information systems, and handle mass email/text campaigns, demonstrating attention to detail and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person 1x per week at our Los Angeles office.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23.00 - 24.00 per hour.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships, present ideas, and communicate effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and create logical solutions
- Demonstrated skills in planning and organizing, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, good judgment, and time management are essential
