Customer Service Coordinator - Spherion

About the Job
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for handling client calls, leads, and performing general administrative duties. The Customer Service Coordinator will spearhead client facing interactions whether on the phone or in person.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide assistance and resolve inquiries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to track orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to assist customers effectively.
Identify and escalate priority issues that require immediate attention.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and convey information clearly and concisely.
Strong de-escalation abilities, and a customer focused mindset.
Previous sales or account management experience considered a plus.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write and understand English
Basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar applications
Willingness to learn new skills and processes as required by the role and company growth
Ability to travel to and from the office everyday
