Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Customer Service Coordinator who presents customer service training in order to maintain a culture of outstanding customer service throughout the contract. Responsible for the duties and scheduling of the Customer Service Team and all student facing activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for training, coaching and scheduling members of the Customer Service Team
• Manage operations of the Atlanta Customer Service Team
• Determine quarterly training objectives for the contract
• Develop and implement customer service training curriculum in support of training objectives to the contract
• Coordinate with managers to identify department specific needs and implement customized training based on their feedback
• Draft and distribute monthly Customer Service Schedule
• Provide On-Call support
• Participate in the rotation of In-Processing, Graduation, Photos and Train-the-Trainer briefings
• Observe and assess student facing tasks to provide Quality Control
• Provide assistance to the Office of the Registrar
• Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent required; degree in Transportation, Logistics or Business preferred
• Three (3) or more years experience in managing teams preferred
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs
• Must possess and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must work occasional weekends and flexible hours
