Contract-to-hire: Customer Service Coordinator (9852)

Client, located in Addison, TX, is looking for a fun, high energy Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is 100% on-site.
 
Keys:

• Strong written communication is key - will be working with customers (ie: buyers) and cross functional teams (ie: accounting, sales, distribution centers) - heavy email correspondence
• Must be organized, strong at multi-tasking, have great time management skills, make good decisions, and have the ability to say "no" when appropriate
• Experience with EDI and POs strongly preferred
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
• SPS Commerce (EDI) and Great Plains system (Ordering) experience helpful but not required
