Responsibilities of the Customer Service/ Collections Specialist:

- Assist customers in understanding their account status, payment options, and resolving disputes.
- Proactively contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payments and maintain positive relationships.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies or escalated issues.
Qualifications of the Customer Service/ Collections Specialist:
