Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 12 customer service representatives.
- Ensure the integrity and effective operation of all utility billing processes.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and billing accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and billing management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in billing software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and improve processes.
