Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and utilizing your strong computer skills to manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and customer service, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer billing information accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service
Resolve billing issues and provide customers with accurate account information
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails
Maintain organized records of transactions and interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all billing and customer service processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in related fields is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
