About the Job
Are you fluent in both English and Spanish? We’re looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you’ll report to the Key Account Manager and help manage customer orders and inquiries in both languages. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and resolving customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer transactions across English and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Generate customer tickets, estimates, and order acknowledgments.
- Accurately enter tickets, estimates, and custom product orders.
- Verify product details, quantities, and pricing on all orders.
- Provide daily customer support and assist with inquiries.
- Follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records and files.
- Assist prospective customers with inquiries and onboarding.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Document customer complaints in a log with detailed notes.
- Collaborate with management to develop corrective actions based on customer feedback.
