About the Job
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues.
- Analyzing client information to contribute to business development efforts and upgrading of Treasury Management-related Services.
- Developing process improvements based on knowledge of client services best practices and client needs.
- Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers through prompt responses to their questions and concerns.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the cash management products and payment industry with a strong client service orientation.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support online banking activities for corporate activities.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 25.00 35.00 Per Hour
