About the Job
Responsibilities:
Maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include providing sales support to outside sales teams, the President, and the Vice President of Sales. Additionally, develop office systems, marketing support, and organizational processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company integrity.
- Develop and implement programs, policies, and procedures that support internal and external customer needs.
- Create and execute strategies to grow the business and improve market service.
- Manage dealer accounts, handling quotes, orders, and resolving service issues.
- Maintain regular communication with outside sales reps about order status and concerns.
- Print and follow up on quotes.
- Provide phone support for dealers, offering clear and confident assistance.
- Stay calm and positive when interacting with customers, ensuring a professional experience.
- Collaborate with production teams on urgent orders and keep dealers informed of lead times, especially around holidays.
- Educate dealers on new products and industry developments.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
Education:
Associates Degree and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position Requirements:
- The position requires previous 3-7 years sales or customer service experience
- Knowledge of the wynsys system preferred
