Wash Monkey Car Wash is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and Tunnel Loader, you’re ensuring customers have an awesome jungle wash experience.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include working with an amazing team in an adventurous and fun environment, rotating among different areas throughout the day.
- You will be assisting in all general positions including general areas of maintenance and clean up. Your attention to detail keeps our jungle oasis clean. Be the vigilant guardian of our equipment and chemical kingdom, alerting management to any anomalies you spot during your jungle patrol.
- Performing visual inspections with the precision of a jungle cat, guiding vehicles into the wash area with a calm and focused demeanor, and mastering our wash policies like a true jungle explorer. Requirements:
- Mechanical inclination and familiarity with tools.
- High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
