We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and ensuring the efficient processing of orders.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers and sales representatives with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor orders and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order transactions.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- 5 years of direct experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven reliability and dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities and commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in previous roles.
